    Wide Screen Software LLC makes every effort to provide current stock status. In spite of these attempts, items listed on the site as available may occasionally fall on backorder.

    In Stock
    Products will ship within 2 business days of credit card authorization and screening, unless a different processing time is specified on the product description page. (We attempt to ship all in stock items within 24 hours not including weekends or holidays.)

    Out of Stock
    When a product is out of stock, you will be notified by email and your order will be automatically placed on back order. Wide Screen Software LLC does not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.

    Please Note: Should a product become discontinued, you will be notified and your order will be canceled.

    Special Orders
    Special orders can be taken for Suunto products that we do not regularly stock. Payment in advance is required for special orders. Send us an email regarding your special order needs and we will contact the manufacturer regarding cost and availability.

    Quantity Limitation
    Wide Screen Software LLC reserves the right to limit quantities.

    Cancellations
    Wide Screen Software LLC reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. Additionally, Wide Screen Software LLC reserves the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site in error or has errors contained within the product descriptions, including pricing.
  3. Why am I charged sales tax on my order?[+]
    In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in Los Angeles, California where Wide Screen Software LLC has operations. Wide Screen Software LLC does not benefit from the collection of sales tax and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction. As a general rule, it is the laws of the state of delivery that determine whether sales tax will be due on your transaction, The appropriate sales tax amount will be displayed on the checkout section of the site.
    California sales taxes apply to all orders shipped to a California address and software downloads registered or billed to a California address.
  4. Can I receive sales tax exemption for an online order?[+]
    Sales Tax is charged on merchandise delivered to addresses within the State of California.
    Sales Tax is charged on downloaded merchandise when the registration or billing address is within the State of California.


    If you request a sales tax exemption we will process your exemption after you have placed your order and submitted the following documentation:

    • For a refund send copy of the Wide Screen Software LLC order confirmation email from your purchase or printed receipt from your online order status page

    Pop-up advertisements

By clicking on the link it is possible that you are also downloading viruses designed to capture or destroy information on your computer.

  1. Where is my Order?    Where can I view my Order's Status?[+]
    If you have NOT received an email from us within 48 hours stating your product has shipped or informing you of a delay or problem please contact us immediately.

    Order Status can be one of five stages:

    •  Open - Processing
    Your purchase has been received at Wide Screen Software LLC. We are processing your credit card payment and preparing to ship your purchase. If any items you ordered are out of stock or we anticipate a delay in shipping we will contact you via email.

    Your credit card is NOT charged until your order is ready to ship. If we encounter a problem processing your credit card charge we will inform you via email.

    We attempt to process and ship orders within 24 hours during weekdays (Monday-Friday).
    We attempt to ship orders received before 2 pm Pacific Time (Los Angeles) on the same day the order was received.
    If time permits we will also ship on Saturday and arrange for downloads on Sundays and Holidays. As we are a home based business we occasionally take vacations/holidays. We will place notice of these breaks on our web site along with our ability to fulfill download orders during our break.

    •  Processed
    Your payment has been accepted. The product is being packaged for shipment or download. Expect a completion email shortly.

    •  Complete - Shipped or Ready for Download
    Your item has been shipped. We will send you an email when your order has shipped including tracking information if available. If you ordered a download you will receive an email with the download link and instructions.

    •  Partially shipped
    Some of the items in your order have been shipped. We will inform you of any partial shipments via email.

    •  Cancelled
    This order has been cancelled. Additional information regarding this cancellation has been sent to the email address of the purchaser.

  5. Why was my order cancelled?[+]
    You may receive a cancellation notice for one of the following reasons:

    Incorrect Information
    An order cancellation may occur if any of the following information was incorrect:
    • Incorrect credit card information (must be entered exactly as it is on your credit card billing statements)
    • Incorrect billing information
    • The credit card number originally entered on your order is no longer valid  
    • Invalid city, state, zip code combination. 
     
    To process your credit card we need the following information:

    • Billing Address for the Credit Card

    • Security Code / Verification number


    Declined Credit Card
    After you place an order, Wide Screen Software LLC requests an approval from your credit card company in an attempt to authorize your purchase. If your credit card company declines the authorization, we will contact you and your order will be cancelled.
    A declined authorization may occur for one of the following reasons:
    • You have exceeded the limit on your credit card
    • You have exceeded a daily purchase limit set by your bank
    • Your bank needs to verify additional information with you for security purposes
    Please contact your banking institution directly for more information about the decline.

    Out of inventory
    In the event there is not enough inventory of an item to complete your order (or if an item is no longer available), you will receive an email prior to the cancellation to notify you that the item is out of stock.

  7. When is my credit card charged?[+]
    Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready to ship. When an item in your order requires a delayed shipment, Wide Screen Software LLC will charge your card for each item as it ships. Since ship times may vary by item, your credit card statement may reflect individual charges for each item as they are shipped.
  8. What is the Card Security / Identification (CVV,CVC) Number?[+]

    Where is the CVV Number

    This number is printed on your MasterCard & Visa cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card).

    You can find your four-digit card verification number on the front of your American Express credit card above the credit card number on either the right or the left side of your credit card.

    What is the CVV Number?
    CARD VERIFICATION VALUE CODE (CVV)
    CVV is a new authentication procedure established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It consists of requiring a card holder to enter the CVV number in at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand.The CVV code is a security feature for "card not present" transactions (e.g., Internet transactions), and now appears on most (but not all) major credit and debit cards. This new feature is a three- or four-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. Therefore, the CVV code is not part of the card number itself.

    The CVV code helps ascertain that the customer placing the order actually possesses the credit/debit card and that the card account is legitimate. Each credit card company has its own name for the CVV code, but it functions the same for all major card types. (VISA refers to the code as CVV2, MasterCard calls it CVC2, and American Express calls it CID.)

    The back panel of most Visa/MasterCard cards contain the full 16-digit account number, followed by the CVV/CVC code. Some banks, though, only show the last four digits of the account number followed by the code.

    To aid in the prevention of fraudulent credit card use, we now require the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of your credit card.

    When you submit your credit card information your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology certified by a digital certificate.

    Wide Screen Software LLC's Online Store uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption and a private secure server for processing online transactions. SSL is a type of encoding that scrambles the data sent from your computer through an SSL enhanced browser. The encoded data is sent to a private secure server (computer) and remains encoded until your order is processed. Once your order is cleared by Wide Screen Software LLC, the information is deleted from the server. Wide Screen Software LLC has it's own Merchant Account for credit card transactions, your credit card information is NOT processed by a third party.

    A browser that supports secure SSL transactions is required. (Current versions of Safari, Firefox, Netscape Navigator, MS Internet Explorer and AOL's browser support this feature.) If your browser does not support SSL, or if you are behind an internal firewall that does not permit the transmission of encrypted information, you will not be able to order online with a credit card.     We ship to P.O. Boxes with USPS only.
